Emailing Advices

	Emailing All Advices From the initial screen: Select "Send". A dialog will ask for confirmation that all the emails should be sent. Selecting YES will generate an email to each user using the text created in the Control/Setup program and attaching the ProForma Invoice as a PDF file. Emailing a single Advice It is also possible to email a single advice (this may be necessary if a change has been made to the details for a user after the advices have been emailed). Select a user by double clicking their name and from the details screen: select "Send". The email will be generated with the attached PDF file to that single user.
