Settings for Max Shifts Per Week and Max Shifts Per
MonthTwo new optional parameters can control the maximum number of
shifts which can be booked in a calendar week or a calendar month. For GP's this
value can be different for GP's, Restricted GP's and Semi-Restricted GP's,
adding a further level of control to the number of shifts that a given GP can
book. The administrators are able to override this if it is necessary to
book a GP into a shift where the maximum would be exceeded. However, a GP is not
able to override the setting, even if attempting to buy a shift marked as
"for sale". Top GMC / PI and Nurses
PIN Reminders System options controllable by the administrator are able
to control the sending of reminders in the following
circumstances: - When a GMC Registration is about to
expire
- When Professional Indemnity Insurance is about to
expire
- When a Nurse/Midwifery PIN is about to expire
- When a GMC
Registration expiry date is updated
- When a Professional Indemnity
Insurance expiry date is updated
- When a Nurse/Midwifery PIN expiry date
is updated
Each item can be
individually enabled or disabled. For emails warning that the
Registration/Pin/Insurance is about to expire, the email is sent on the 15th of
the month, where the expiry date is in the following month. The concept
behind the email that is sent when on of the expiry date is updated, is so that
an automatic request can be sent asking for a copy of the new
documentation. The following is a sample letter to a GP warning of the expiry of their GMC registration on the 15th April: The following letter was sent when the GMC registration expiry date was updated: As with all emails the template for the email can be modified by using the new email template system. Top View Only Option EnhancementAs can be seen from the options in the
previous section (above), an option has been added allowing "View
Only" users to be able to view User's Details. This adds a new menu option,
when appropriate, to the Reports Menu and allows details of a user to be
displayed on the screen. The details are displayed as follows: Top Previous
